AUCKLAND TROTTING CLUB SUMMER MEETING.
TO-MORROW'S RACING
The Auckland Trotting Club make a start with their three days' Summer Meeting at Epsom to-morrow. Splendid acceptances have been received and everything promises well for good sport. Trams will run to the ground nt short intervals. The first event is timed to start at 12.'!5. Mr George Akers serves up luncheon in the grand stand.
The big event of to-morrow is is the Exhibition Cup of 200sovs, Avhich promises to provide a splendid contest. The chances of the different horses were dealt with fully in the 'Star' of Wednesday last, and there is nothing new to add. Golden King will probably be returned the winner, with Lusitania and Cob in the other places.
The following may run forward in the other events: —Maiden Trot: Miss Emerson and 'Waitekauri. Maiden Pony: Playboy and Norn. Pony Cup: Certain. Electric Trot: Cob. Hurdles: New Boy. Juvenile Stakes: Waitekauri. Telephone Handicap: Stenson.
