The annual meeting' of the Auckland College and Grammar School Old Boys' Association was held at the school last evening, and was attended by a large number of old boys. Mr N. L. Holm Biss presided, and before proceeding with the business made feeling reference to the death of Sir Geo. Grey, the late patron of the asociation,- and a vote expressive of appreciation for his services to the school and regard for his memory was passed in silence, the members standing. The annual report and balance-sheet prepared by the committee, showing a successful year, was adopted unanimously. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: Patron: Sir G. M. O'Rorke, K.C.M.G. Vice-Patron: Mr J. W. Tibbs, head master. President: Mr E. Earle Vaile. Vice-Presidents: Messrs N. L. Holm Buss and C. J. Parr. Secretary Mr W- R. C. Walker. Treasurer: Mr A. Peak.
