THE STAR OF VICTORIA.
The Tyser steamer Star of Victoria arrived at 11.30 a.m. to-day from London .via Australian ports. Captain J. M. Hart -reports having left London on 19th October, and arrived at Melbourne on 7th inst. Landed consignments and proceeded "on to Sydney, arriving there on 12th. Discharged further cargo and left for Auckland at noon on Friday last. Had fine weather across and passed Cape Maria at 3.1 p.m. yesterday, arriving as above. The steamer leaves for the South about the middle of next week, Gisborne being the first port of call. Mr Arthur H. INathan is the local agent. .
