HAURAKI RETURN.
AN IMPROVED YIELD.
Apparently the Hauraki mine at Coromandel is once more coming to the fore as a gold producer, as the return for the past month's crushing operation was £1,500 as compared with £1,206 the previous month. This is the best return since last April. GOLDEN PAH. The return from the last crushing for the Golden Pah mine, Coromandel, was 250z 17dwts of bullion valued at £78. TALISMAN EXTENDED. The annual meeting of shareholders of the Talisman Extended G.M. Company called for yesterday lapsed for Avant of a quorum. However, there was a full attendance of directors present. The balance-sheet showed cash balance in the bank of £5 14s sd. The directors' report stated that the company's property was j under offer to the Talisman Gold Mining Company (Limited) until September 4th next, and if not accepted that the shareholders would be called together.
