SUPREME COURT.
A sitting of. the Supreme Court in' bankruptcy was held to-day by His Honor Mr Justice Conolly. Orders for discharge were granted in re the following bankrupts, there being no onposition:—Stuart Lyell, James Alexander Patterson, Wm. Alford, Harry Kneebone, Alfred Eentham and Harr'vBennett. J-
Motions for orders of discharge in re vYm. ltobert Hutehinson and Geormj Mchard Jlog-crs were adjourned. In re iu-ederiek Caddy Sharland, debtor, Mr Clayton appeared in support of a summons for order of adjudication, ana ±lis Honor made an order as prayed. Motions for orders of adjudication in re Thomas P. Seaver and M. Hay Chapman, debtors, were adjourned till next month. Mr Tole, Crown Solicitor, appeared in all the cases on behalf of the Official Assignee (Mr J. Lawson), who was also present.
