DAIMIO SHOT.
MELBOURNE, June 10,
The s.s. Star of Victoria, which arrived from London to-day, was bringing out Gibson Bros, 1 well-known steeplechaser Daimio. During heavy weather the horse, box smashed, and the horse was so badly injured that he had to be shot.
