The case was partly heard and then adjourned in order to allow plaintiff time to furnish defendant with a more oompleto'statement of accounts between the parties. , Annie Jane Cassells v. White.— Claim £64 Is Id, . for goods sold.-Mr huddle for plaintiff, Messrs Brookfield and unks for defendants,—Counsel for the defence applied to have certain other persons added as defendants, to which Mi Huddle objected. After argument had been heard, the case was adjourned till'the following afternoon.
