Leave to Sell.—On the petition of Mr Thome leave woo grunted to well real eituto in re the Settled Land Act, 188G, and James MePhernon (deceased). Leave was also granted to sell real eHtate in the estate of Wm. Beet (deceaaod) on the application of Mr Stewart. Hodgo v. Halpli. —In this ca*o, on tho application of Mr Hanna, Hw Honor made an order for commission for examination of Thomas Darcy O'Toole, F. G. Lowe, H. \V. Carr and J. IL Grotton.
Garnison v. Garniaon (divorce). —Mr Palmer appeared in support of motion for directions as to trial.-—His Honor ordered that tho case be tried at Auckland at the sitting commencing 13th insl., by the Court, with a jury. Several other matter* were adjourned I ill next Chamber Bitting*.
