This afternoon Inspector Hickson rereceived further telegrams from. Hokianga and" Wellington in reference to the disturbance created by armed Maoris at Hokianga, but he said that at present he could not disclose their contents. It is believed that a force of police and Artillery will be seufc up to Hokianga by steamer from Onehunga to restore order.
