DISORDER IN CRETE.
APPEAL FOR TROOPS.
LONDON, January 23. The Governor of Heraklton has appealed for international troops to restore order in Crete.
The Russian Ambassador afc Constantinople has suggested to the Sultan that he himself should propose Prince George of Greece as Governor of Crete, and that Russia would.support the nomination..
