A CYCLING ACCIDENT.

WAKAPUAKA, this day.
News has been received here that the Rev. Mr Isaacs, of Nelson, who was bicycling on the Wakapuaka Road, broke his right leg below the knee. Assistance has been sent froui here to the scene which is four miles away.
Two accident cases were admitted into the Waikato Hospital yesterday. A young man named Main, of Hautapu, was harnessing horses to a drill* and' had one hand in between the collar and haines, when something startled the animals, which bolted on, and jammed the_ unfortunate man. His arm was stripped of all the flesh oft" the wrist and back of the hand. The other case was the eldest son of Mr W. Chitty, of Kirikirroa, who had his elbow dislocated by a fall from a horse.
The Collector of Customs has received information that the Government steamer Hinemoa leaves Tauranga to-morrow for Auckland, via Cuvier, and will be ready to take in cargo Saturday morning.
The Hon. A. J. Cadman left Auckland this morning by train for the country. To-day he was to visit Bombay, where prospecting operations are going on, and to-morrow he goes on to the Waikato, visiting Hamilton, Cambridge and other localities.
