CUBA.
A WARNING FROM AMERICA.
HAVANA, January 17.
Following the recent announcement that the American squadron had assembled at the Gulf of Mexico, supposedly in connection with the situation in Cuba, the American Consul here has advised General Blanco, the Spanish Commander in Cuba, that if American life or property in the island be destroyed, he will immediately summon the warships. The supporters of General Weyleiy the late Spanish Commander, are fomenting disorder in Havana.
