LOT 1.-BROWN FILLY by Regel out of Rewa Rewa, by Hippocampus out of Escape (dam of Escapade). LOT 2.—A CHESTNUT GELDING by Regel, own brother to Hippomenes, out of Mysterious, by Carbineer (by Musket) out of Mystery, got by The Painter out of Fortuna, by St. Aubyn (imp) out of Crescent, by Sir Hercules out of Moth, by Camel (imp) out of Miss Foote. LOT 3.-A BROWN FILLY by Cuirassier out of Muriel, by St. Leger out of Lady Mary, by Towton (imp) out of Miss Nightingale, by Sir Hercules out of Jessica. St. Leger by Doncaster out of Atalantis. LOT 4.-A BAY COLT by Regel out of Tamora, by Musket out of Moonlight, by Ake Ake out of Moonbeam, by Pacific out of Moonshine, by The Libel sire of Traducer) out of Twilight, by Velocipede. Tamora was a most consistent performer, and is the dam of Nestor, the winner of the Auckland Cup and Derby, 1596. This colt is an exceptionally fine cne. LOT 5.—A CHESTNUT FILLY by Regel out of Jessie, got by Anteros out of Tres Deuce, by Traducer out of Gitana, by Sir Hercules out of Gipsy Queen. Jessie is the dam of Rex and Chasseur, and was remarkably fast, but met with an accident when training. LOT 6.—A BAY COLT by Seaton Delaval out of Phantom ,by Musket out of Atlantis (dam of St. Leger). Phantom is full sister to Happyland, the dam of Hova, a great racehorse. This colt is well-grown and shows exceptional quality. LOT 7.—A BAY FILLY by Regel out of Friendship (bred by Mr Rouse, in New South Wales, in 1879), by Reprieve (son of Yattendon) out of Nydia, by Tarragon out of Atalanta (grand dam of Reprieve) by Reprieve (imp). Friendship was a splendid performer and a perfect lady in appearance; she is the dam of St. Regel, winner of the last * St. Andrew's Handicap at Takapuna, and several other good races. LOT B.—A BAY FILLY by Regel out of Pearl, by Barbarian out of Ladybird, by Traducer out of Barbary. This filly is' half sister to Carbuncle, winner of several Steeplechases and Hurdle Races.
