AUSTRIAN FINANCE.
VIENNA, December 22.
Baron Banffy, Hungarian Premier, has rejected the proposal to establish a Customs for Hungary independent of Austria. A committee of the Reichsrath has arranged Austrian Imperial budget for 1898 upon the basis of a surplus of fifty-three million florins.
