DROWNING FATALITY.

WELLLINGTON, this day.
A Swede named Watts Mattern was drowned last evening near Paremata. A party of ten were out iishing, and he attempted to swim the channel, but sank, and was drowned in sight of his comrades. His body has not been recovered.
