THE PRINCE OF WALES FUND.
LONDON, December 20.
A meeting of contributors to the London hospital funds initiated by the Prince of We.les was held yesterday, the Prince himself presiding. The meeting expressed a desire for a permanent hospital fund to be established ; that searching inquiries be instituted with a view of securing wise administration of the funds by Committees. A proposal to distribute among the larger hospitals in London £22,000 derived from annual subscriptions and £35,000 from the sale of stamps was adopted.
