THE TAIERI.
The s. s. Taieri arrived at 11 o'clock last night from Fiji with a cargo of raw sugar. Mr W. P. Collins, the chief officer, reports that the steamer loaded through the Group and left Suva at 11.20 a.m. on the 23rd, passed Mount Wathington at 6.55 p.m. the same day, experienced moderate to light S.E. winds and fine weather to about 32deg. south, then light S. W. breeze and calm weather until abeam of Poor Knights, 1.35 p.m. on the 2Sth. Arrived at Auckland as above.
