AFRICAN COMMISSION.
ANGLO-FRENCH DEADLOCK,
LONDON, November 25.
A deadlock has arisen between the British and French sections of the AngloFrench Commission with regard to West Africa, in consequence of Lord Salisbury's refusal to allow British claims to Dorquie, east of the meridian of Say, in Hinterland Lagos, to be discussed, on the ground that France recognised Great Britain's right to this territory in IS9O.
