NORTHERN COMPANY'S MOVE MENTS.
Friday.—Waitangi leaves for Tauranga at 9 p.m. ; Wellington leaves for Whangarei, Mavsden Point, Whangarei Heads, at 10-30 p.m. ; lona for Kuaolunu, Mercury Bay and Kennedy's Bay at 9 o.iu.
Thames Service.—Steamers leave for Thames, Paeroa, and Coromandel daily. See advertisements daily papers.
The s.s. Upolu left for Karotonga and Tahiti last evening. The steamer Rangatira will leave for Wellington to-morrow.
A.barque, probably the Empreza, from Newcastle, was signalled outside Tiritiri to-day.. •
The steamers Clansman and Wakatere have been floated into the Calliope Dock for overhaul. ; '
The barquentine Handa Isle will sail tomorrow for the Kaipara, when she loads timber for Sydney.
The Tyser liner Star of New Zealand was berthed at the Queen-street Wharf yesterday afternoon, and this morning she began the discharge of her Auckland consignmentt.
The R.M.s. Moana arrives from Sydney this afternoon and will proceed to San Francisco, via Apia and Honolulu, at 2/ p.m. to-morrow, witli the outward English and American mails.
The s.s. Anglian has been delayed at Wellington for a day. She will not arrive until Monday afternoon, and her departure for Sydney has been postponed until 4 p.m. on Tuesday. The Anglian brings a large amount of general cargo and transhipments ex Delphic from London.
The barquentine Waitemata came out of the Calliope Dock last evening, and was berthed at the Kaihvay Wharf. The vessel has been thoroughly overhauled and strengthened, and over three tons of iron bolts have been used. She leaves for the Kaipara in ballast to-morrow to load timber for Sydney.
