PROPERTY SALE.
— —♦ This afternoon Messrs Samuel Vaile and Sons held a sale of city and suburban properties. Two small cottages and allotments in Baker-street oil' Nelson-street were passed in at £75. A section of live acres with barn, etc., at Mangere, was sold for £105. Mr Vaile then oil'ered thirty-three building sites at Mason's Gardens, Jervois Road and Cox's Bridge Road, Ponsonby, several having water frontages to Cox's Creek. Lot 31, with a frontage of 75ft to Jervois Road, was started at 30s, and sold lor 47s Gd per foot. Sections 32 and 33, frontage 74ft to Jervois Road, were each sold for 40s per foot. Section 30, with 58ft frontage to Cox's Bridge Road, was sold for 25s per foot, and lot 2 (a corner section), with frontages of 111 ft and 42ft to Cox's Bridge Road, was knocked down for 30s per foot. The other lots were passed in.
