The usual quarterly meeting of the Star of Newton Lodge No. 4, 1.0. G.T., was held on Thursday last the 4th inst., when the following officers were duly elected and installed for the current quarter by Lodge Deputy Bro. Lightfoot assisted by Bros. Mumfordand Slade as I.M.'s; C.T. Bro. Reardon; V.T., Sis. L. Archer; Secretary, Bro. Cann; F.S. Bro. Lightfoot; T., Sis. Lightfoot ; M. Bro. Cook ; C. Sis. Rolfe ; G. Bro. Dorrick : S., Bro. Proud ; D.M.. A. Archer : S. J.T., Sis. Cann; P.C.T., Bro. E. Wilson. The officers' reports shewed the Lodge to be in a good position financially and in numbers.
