A cablegram just to hand intimates that Messrs S. Smith and Son, proprietors of the Yalumba Vineyards, Angaston, South Australia, have augmented their already phenomenal list of honours by winning the champion cup for Yalumba port, in addition to securing seven other prizes for their various grades of port wine. They have also secured highest honours in every class in which they competed. The champion cup is awarded by the judges to the best wine produced in Australasia, irrespective of class, and the stringent conditions under which secrecy as to origin is safeguarded make it absolutely certain that the award is made entirely on the merits of the wine.
Geo. Fowlds is now showing a splendid assortment of tennis and cricketing suits, shirts and hats.. Good value.—Advt.
