CHILDREN'S FLOWER SHOW.
The Children's Flower Show at the Drill Hall was well patronised last night. The Show was again open to-day, the final closing taking place at 9 p.m. The following awards complete the prize list: — Champion Class (plants in pots). — Cactus: Winner's name not yet known, Beryl Smith, 2. Lilium : No first award, Amy Shepherd, 2. Fuchsia : Amy Shepherd. Three foliage plants (distinct varieties) : R. Churton. Three ferns (distinct varieties): Eileen Lewis, 1; Richmond Grey, 2. Cut flowers —Collection of 12 sorts: Bertha Barlow, 1; R. Gray, 2. Six roses : Agnes Mcßride, 1 ; Daisy Mowbray, 2. Six verbenas: Bertha Barlow, certificate,of merit. Six stocks : No first award, -Amy Shepherd, 2. Six pansies: Sarite Porter, 1; R. Gray, 1. ■ [ , ••*"£;*£s?
