THE AGRICULTURAL SHOW.
The Auckland Agricultural and Pastoral Association's Show to be opened to-day week will be a record show. There are large increases in every class, especially in stock. Nearly 350 entries in horses have been received, a large increase on last year, making a splendid show in this class. In cattle there' is aJso a gratifying increase, and there are 146 entries in sheep. Dairy produce also forms an especially interesting class, there being a considerable increase in this department. There will be a very fine competition in butter, over 50 entries in this class having been received. The secretary, Mr Hall, and his assistants are now engaged in compiling the catalogue ot entries.
