The "Standard." says Lord Salisburymight insist upon France withdrawing from Say, situated on Middle Niger, before the Anglo-French West African Delimitation Committee, noAv sitting, proceeds to delimitation of the disputed territories.

From Lagos it is reported that the French authorites are ejecting natives from the Royal Niger Company's territory, and have occupied Saki and Hassi, in the Yoruba Country
BERLIN, November 4,
The Noumbara Raihvay in German West Africa has proved a failure, and the Reichstag has been asked to complete the line.
