Edward O'Keefe v. David Grace. Claim £3 15s.—Mr Mahony appeared for the plaintiff.—The money claimed avos alleged to be the balance Avith 15s interest of a sum lent to the defendant. — The latter admitted the debt, but denied that tnere was any coutract to pay interest.—Judgment Avas giA*en for plaintiff for the amount claimed Avith costs £1 12s.
Patrick Kean a*. Mrs Dore.—Claim £6 or return of goods. There Avas a counterclaim for £1 17s. His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff, and allowed Is on the counterclaim, each party to pay their own costs.
