(C) That the Directors of the Company be and they are hereby authorised and empowered to do all such things and execute, all such deeds, assurances and documents which in the opinion of the Directors may be necessary or expedient lor the purpose of giving effect to the foregoing Resolutions, or either of them or any portion of them, and for such purposes or any of them to use and affix the seal of the Company.
