There was a large attendance last evening at the annual tea held in connection with the Eden Terrace Sunday School Anniversary. The ladies had provided an abundant tea. There were two sittings of friends. The church was filled at the after meeting. The Rev. C. E. Ward presided. Addresses were delivered by the Rev. R. Hall and Mr W. Moor and Mr R. Herbert. Some capital singing was rendered by the children, Mr S. Frith, leader ; Miss Moor, organist. The income was £38 for the year. Next Sunday afternoon the Rev. C. E. Ward will conduct amemorial service on the late Mrs Roberts, one of the oldest and most respected members of the Eden Terrace Church..
