Sales were recorded to-day as follows :— Crown, 22s ; Ivanhoe, 3£d, 4cl; Waihi Extended, 9Jd, lOd ; Fiery Cross, l^d. WAIMARIE. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the \Vaimarie Goldmining Company (Whangarei district) called for to-day to consider the Company's position, iinancial and otherwise, lapsed. KAISER. Our Thames correspondent wires that Mr Macky, the legal manager to-day visited the mine, which is looking exceedingly well. The reef, which is 3£ feet thick, shows good gold and a splendid prospect is obtained on pounding. NEW ALBURNIA. Cleaning up took place yesterday at the New Alburnia Company's battery after a crushing of 200 tons, the yield of bullion was Ob'oz, which should be worth about £254.
