INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES.

WELLINGTON, this day,
The dispute between the Wellington Builders Association and Amalgamated Society of Carpenters and joiners came before the Conciliation Board to-day. The provision that on all outside contracts emplayers should provide a properly secured place for workmen's tools and also necessary sanitary conveniences was agreed to by the employers. Disputes as to overtime, piece work, and length of tbe days' work on Saturdays are also being considered, but tbe representatives of the employees said tbe causes of dkpute were slight, and -the relations between, the two societies .vvesJW very good. ~.- J ~ .;i«.
