To issue Coupons to the business houses to be supplied to their Cash Customers when demanded, with the aihount of their purchases marked on each Coupon. 3. To pay to the holders of Coupons in Cash the discount allowed by each Business House in one lump sum on presentation of Coupons at tho Office of the Rebate Alliance Company within thirty days of their date of issue. A List of Business Houses connected with the Rebate Alliance Co. will be found below, with the rate of discount allowed by each. Purchasers are particularly requested to see that they receive a Coupon with each purchase however small.
