THE FLORA.
The s.s. Flora arrived at 2 o'clock this afternoon from the Fiji Islands. Sho left Navua at 11 p.m. on October ISth, and arrived as above. Fine weather was experienced throughout. THE TYSER LINE. _ Captain John Simpson has retired from the steamer Star of New Zealand, and Captain W. J. Reid is now in command. Captain William Weecli has been promoted to the command of the Star of England.
