The following meeting of-shareholders rveire called to-day. ■ ■ . ■ < _. Empress (Coromandel) : The meeting lapsed for'want of a quorum. Receipts, •£245 17s Id, and the expenditure left a cash balance of £29 19s lOd. Of the expenditure £133 2s was for wages, and £21 lls 9d for mining.material. The Martha Extended meeting lapsed. Total receipts, £392 8s sd; credit balance, , £90 12s lOd. Goodenough (Coromandel): The meeting lapsed. Receipts, £160 6s 6d ; credit balance, £26 14s 9d. Waitekauri Reefs : The meeting called for yesterday afternoon, in the office of the legal manager, was adjourned till Thursday at 3 o'clock. MORNING Star (Kennedy Bay).—Four reefs are in hand, three of which nave gold in the stone, and good gold can also be got in dish by pounding.
