FATAL ACCIDENT AT MARLBOROUGH.

Wellington, this day. A MAN named M. Phillips, left the Awatere Accommodation House at Marlborough with a horse and dray last night, and was found this morning two miles oil*. The cart was upset, and Mr Phillips wits lying dead under the horse.
