ITALIAN WARSHIPS FIRED AT.
ATHENS, Sept. 4
A party of Turkish irregulars fired several volleys at Italian warship-* at Crete. The admirals of the combined fleets have informed Djevad Pasha, the Turkish governor, that unless these irregulars are disarmed. they will demand that the Porte should order his recall.
