The 5.3. Takapuna arrived at 12.30 a.m. to-day with the Southern portion of the San Francisco mail. She left Lyttelton on the Ist, called at Wellington and New Plymouth, and, leaving the latter port at 1.30 p.m. on the 3rd, arrived as above.

The s.s. Gairloch arrived at 1 p.m. today from New Plymouth, with passengers and general cargo.

The s.s. Kanieri arrived from Raglan and Kawhia at 1 a.m. to-day with 350 sheep and general cargo.
