(Before Mr H. W. Brabant, S.M.) Drunkenness. — Thomas Bsamish was fined sa; Martha Chase, charged with being drunk and using obscene language, was sentenced to eiz months' imprisonment with hard labour.

Theft. — Mary Ross, charged with having stolen Bix glass dishes, the property of George Perritb, was sentenced to one month's hard labour. — A man named Walter Harper pleaded guilty to stealing 19s, the property of George French, and was sentenced to one month's hard labour. —Two obher cases were adjourned.
