IN BANKRUPTCY.
(Before His Honor Mr Justice Canolly.) Adjourned.— Re John Douglas (a bankrupt).—Mr Buddie applied bhab bhe proceeds of certain land ab Piako should be paid to one James Lane,—Mr McAlister, on behalf of the Official Assignee, asked His Honor to adjourn the matter till the first Bankruptcy Sittings after bhe next Criminal Sittings. The amount involved was a large one, but ib was possible bhat a settlement could be arrived ab in bhe meantime.—The adjournmenc was granted as deeired, Mr Buddie raising no objection.
