Ab an exbraordinary meeting of .shareholders in this Company which took place yesterday afternoon in Messrs Cook and Buddies office, Vicboria Arcade, resolutions were passed authorising the directors to dispose of the property. The directors have now accepted an offer to float tho property on termswhichwillgiveEaglehawk shareholders £1,000 cash and 25 per cent, fully paid-up shares in the new Company. Io is also stipulated that tho working capital shall be £20,000, half cash and half guaranteed. If, ac the end of six weeks, the option holder decides to go on he is to deposit £.00, and another £600 at the end of three months. WYNYARDTON. Aba meeting of shareholders in bhe Wynyardton Goldmining Company (Coromandel) held yesberday afternoon at Mr J. H. Harrison's office, Mr J. Coe presiding, resolutions were passed empowering bhe directors to dispose of the property and execute all necessary deeds.
