THE BRUNNER CASE.

Hokixika, this day. At tho Supreme Court this morning, in the Brunner case Mr Bishop, mine manager, was subjected to a very stiff cross-examina-tiosi by JVlr Jellicoe. Nothing of a startling nature, however, was disclosed. The examination is proceeding ab the afternoon Bitting. .
