Dunkdin, this day. Mr Justice Williams delivered judgment to-day in the case Aimers v. Taylor and others. The case arose out of the deceased, Mra "Taylor, having made a will leaving her property to her children, after having maoeva will conjointly with her...husband, by which wills each lefis their property to each other.* His Honor granted probato in the lafeV-made will, holding that the will made in conjunction with her husband had not been made irrevocable.
