PRINCESS MAY. A special general meeting of shareholders in the above Company was held this afternoon in the above Company's office, when there was a large attendance. Mr E. Bell presided. The meeting was called for the purpose of considering the future course of action in connection wibh the development of the mino. It was explained that the property was still underoffer and ibwas agreed to make a call of one farthing to cover liabilities and carry on until definito news was received from England. The Chairman stated thab an application had been made for cix months protection of the mine.
