G. Foster v. Mrs Maky Hamilton.— Claim £9 17s groceries alleged to be supplied.—Mr McGregor appeared for plaintiff and Mr Jackson Palmer for defendant. The evidonce adduced went to show that the groceries were supplied to Mr Do Silva, a former husband, and nob to defendant. The question for the Court to decide was who is liable for paymenb for the goods.— Defendant in her evidence said bhab she did nob open the account.—Judgment waß given for defendant with costs £1 Is.—Hib VVorahip refused an application by Mr McGregor for a nonsuit.
