The House of Lords Committee decided that the London Bank of Australia ro-constr'uetion schemo shall provirlo for a dillerence between new and old rates of interest, to ba payable out of profits before payment of dividends. Any unpaid portion shall nob constitute a dobt for which the Bank can be sued.
