Athens, March 30. The Admirals of the Foreign fleets engaged in the blockade of Crete have applied to the Powers for reinforcements. They report that Colonel Vasso s, Commander of the Greek forces in Crete, has declared open war against the Powers, and that it will be necessary to treat the insurgents as enemies if they persist in attacks on Canea. Athens, March 29. Europeans, in conjunction with Turkish troops, are protecting the water supply at Canea. The Greeks in Cyprus have boycotted German exports in revenge for the attitude ot Germany towards Crete. London, March 29. Greece is apparently unwilling to agree to the proposal for the mutual withdrawal of Turkish and Greek troops from Crete- She requires to be allowed to administer the affairs of tbe Island under a European mandate. Constantinople, March 29. Serious disorder prevails in Albania. Moslems and Christians are fighting on behalf of their respective religions. Constantinople, March 30. Edhem Pasha commands the Turkish forces on the Greek frontier. They number one hundred and fifty thousand, including eight thousand cavalry and a large body of artillery with two hundred Krupp guns. The discipline and health of the Turkish troops are excellent. There are fifty thousand Turkish troops at Elassona, near the Greek frontier. A strong column is posted at Graveua and Caterina. There is also a Turkish column at Janina in Albania. The Turkish position is superior to | tbat held by the Greek forces.
