There was a large attendance at the cricket match to-day. Tho weather was tine, except that a heavy thunderstorm occurred during the afternoon. New Souih Wales' second innings resulted in heavy individual scoring, and at the end of the day's play the score stood at 404 for the loss of eight wicketa. Garretb made 42, Donnan 84, Iredale 62, McKenzieso, and Noble (not out) 74. Nine different bowlers were tried by the Victorians
