Work ia proceeding; in fchh mine at No. 1 and 2 levels upon the south bearing of the Rimu reef. At No. 2 level the reef has thickened cut to fully four feot:, bub since passing through the faulb, ib is much disturbed in character. This will, however, change as tba drive advances. The other works are proceeding satisfactorily.
