Wellington, Monday. The Exhibition Bowliug Tournament began to-day. The following is tbe result of the interclub matches: — first round. Auckland defeated Feilding by 81 to 54. Newtown (Wellington) defeated Palmerston North by 62 to 60. Thorndon (Wellington) defeated New Plymouth by 59 to 53. Wanganui defeated Hastings by 75 to 47. South Island defeated Wellington by 88 to 76. * Napier defeated Gisborne by 63 to 61. SECOND ROUND. Thorndon defeated Hastings by 67 to 57. New Plymouth defeated Wanganui by Ctf to 53. " Palmerston North defeated Auckland by 60 to 57. Newtown defeated Foilding by 64 to 50. Wellington defeated Gisborne by 57 to 52. South Island defeated Napier by 69 to 44. Wellington defeated Napier by 72 to 50. South Island defeated Gisborne by 71 to 58. THIKD ROUND. Thorndon defeated Palmerston North by j 60 to 52. !
