Mr Reid, in offering himself as A candidate for the Federal Convention has issued a lengthy address to the electors. He conaiders bhab bho Bill of 1891 is righb in the main, but thinks the financial provision wrong, as ib mado tho scheme too costly for the work assigned to the Federal power. He believes thab a practical financial plan can bo arrived at.
