Wellington, this day. Chapple, the man accused of burning the woman Hay, was commibted for trial today The magistrate said ib was a very strange case, bun he did not feel justified in taking tbe onus of dismissing it, as bhe ■woman's story, since her recovery of memory, was consistent.
